Kombucha is a fermented beverage dating back almost 3,000 years and has been used in many cultures as a beneficial drink for digestion, inflammation, immune function, and countless other uses including skin toner. Geoff Lamden is a naturopath and a foodie who has brewed kombucha for over a decade and will teach you how to do it too, talk about proper handling, clear up myths, and talk about possible health benefits Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a "symbiotic 'colony' of bacteria and yeast" (SCOBY). SCOBYs available for additional $10 purchase.
