Join us for a magical summer evening celebrating one of nature's most enchanting sights—fireflies! We'll begin with a guided hike along the beautiful Blandford trails as we search for these glowing insects at dusk. After our hike, enjoy a variety of firefly-themed crafts and activities designed for all ages. Be sure to stop by our screen-printing station, where you'll have the opportunity to print exclusive glow-in-the-dark designs on posters, tote bags, or a fabric item from home for an additional cost. Bring your sense of wonder and join us for a night of nature, creativity, and glowing memories.

Note: This program is recommended for families with children ages 2 and up. Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity. Online registration closes at noon on the day of the program. If the program sells out, you may complete your online registration to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if spots become available. This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the case of severe weather, the program will be cancelled and you will be notified of your refund options.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled program are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration cost, not including the credit card processing fee. Due to administration costs, full refunds are not available. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of a program are not eligible for a refund. In the event that Blandford must cancel the program, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. All community programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
