Join our Master Naturalist for a Spring Hike through the woods and trails of John Ball Park Zoo. Look for animal tracks, listen for bird calls, and witness the beauty of the Spring season. Appreciate new life budding and blooming all around you. Our Naturalist will also share information about the adaptions of animals and plants as they brave the changing seasons.
This is an all ages hike. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. This hike is NOT wheelchair or stroller accessible. Limited space is available. To participate, you must register.

John Ball Park Woods Loop is a 0.5 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near the John Ball Zoo that features a great forest setting and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.
