DESCRIPTION: \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Get your spy eyes on and get ready to go on a nature hunt! We'll search high and low throughout the park, looking for critters, plants and ecosystems in which they live! \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Suggested ages for this program is 5-12 years old. Older and younger children are welcome to attend but must also be registered. All children must be accompanied by a registered adult.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Price: \n  \n  \n Child (ages 2 and up): $5 \n  \n Child (ages 0-24 months): Free \n  \n Adults: $5 \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Location and Directions: This program begins at Picnic Area B2 at Townsend Park located at 8280 6 Mile Road, Cannonsburg, MI 49317. To reach Picnic Area B2, from Ramsdell Dr turn east onto 6 Mile Road. Immediately after turning, there is parking on either side of 6 Mile Road. Drive past these roadside parking spots and take an immediate right into the driveway at the end of this parking area. Follow this driveway to the first small parking area next to a picnic area and playground. This is picnic area B2. Follow signs for Blandford Nature Center programs. There is a park map and link to directions available on the Townsend Park link above. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Important Notes (please read before registering): \n  \n  \n  \n 	All programs will begin promptly at the start time listed, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that the group will still be at the listed starting location, as most programs involve at least a walk out in the park. \n 	Pre-registration is required for all attendants for this program, and space is limited.  \n 	This is NOT a drop-off program. All registered children must have a registered adult supervising at all times throughout the program. Online registration will remain open until 12 pm the day before the program, unless it is sold out.  \n 	All programs take place at least partially, if not fully, outdoors and will likely include at least a walk, even if it is raining. Please be prepared for the weather, including coats and proper footwear for unpaved paths. \n 	We plan most programs to walk along the park trails, so please let us know ahead of time if you or anyone in your party has mobility challenges so we can make adjustments accordingly. \n 	If this program is sold out, please complete the online registration to be added to the waitlist. You will not be charged to be added to the waitlist. If spots become available, we will contact you via email no later than the day before the program with instructions to complete registration and payment.  \n  \n  \n Cancellation Policy: All Blandford programs in Kent County Parks are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please be certain of your wish to attend before purchasing tickets. We only cancel programs in the case of inclement weather, including lightning, heavy rain or winds, tornado warnings or extreme temperatures.
