Interested in making your own wildcrafted syrups and elixirs? Together in this hands-on workshop we will make a Sumac syrup, a Shagbark Hickory bark syrup, and an Elderberry elixir. Join Joyful Wildcrafting and A Season of Wellness to experience the art of crafting food and herbal remedies from nature. Participants will work with the plants on site, gaining confidence to recreate the plants' gifts on their own. We will make enough to taste each preparation over ice cream (vegan and dairy options will be provided) and to take samples home. This wildcrafting workshop includes both outdoor and indoor components, so come prepared for the weather. No experience is necessary. Bring a mug for tea.
