What makes a plant invasive and what can you do about them? Join our Land Stewardship Manager to learn about the impact of invasive plants on native habitats. We'll walk the trails to identify several invasive plants, and learn the best ways of removing them from your property.

Adult: ages 18 and up

Child: ages 3-17 years

2 and Under: Free (registration still required)

Adult/Child Member: $7

Adult/Child Non-Member: $10

This program is recommended for ages 13+.

Please Note: This program will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled, and participants will be notified of their refund options. All participants are required to wear masks for the duration of the program and will be expected to stay socially distanced as much as possible.

Covid-19 Information: In accordance with current CDC guidelines and State of Michigan COVID regulations, Blandford Nature Center requires all staff, visitors, and program participants ages 2 and up to wear masks while inside all buildings and for the duration of all programs both inside and outside, regardless of vaccination status.
