In the fall we saw the squirrels going 'NUTS' as they hid as many nuts and seeds as they could in caches for the winter, but what are other wild animals of Michigan doing to survive the winter? Come take a habitat hike with our wildlife staff and meet some of our wildlife ambassadors to learn about the different strategies that animals use during the cold of winter.
*This program will have an indoor portion for the safety and comfort of our animals, as well as a hike on our trails. In the case of severe weather the entire program will be held indoors. All participants will be required to wear masks and groups will be socially distanced by family units.
