Enjoy the splendor of autumn at Blandford's Harvest Festival on October 1st, 2022! Bring the whole family to enjoy a day of crafts, games, candle dipping, face painting, horse petting, and more. You can even make your own scarecrow* to take home with you! This fun-filled day will also include wildlife presentations, blacksmith demonstrations, log cabin interpretation, and concessions--including food for sale from El Caribe Food Truck.

*One scarecrow per family, please. Scarecrow supplies is limited; the first 100 families who would like to make a scarecrow will receive a scarecrow ticket upon check-in.

 

Check-in will be located in front of the Visitor Center. There will be no check-in station or other activities at the Blandford Nature Center Farm.

Wildlife Shows will occur at 11am and 1pm in the auditorium.

Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-purchasing tickets is recommended to avoid the line.

 

This program is intended for all ages including families and children.

Please Note: This program will take place indoors and outdoors. In the event of severe weather, the program will be canceled and participants will be notified of their refund options.

 

COVID-19 Information: Starting March 14, 2022, Blandford Nature Center no longer requires masks indoors or outdoors for staff, general visitors, or program participants. We continue to monitor local COVID rates and may reinstate masking requirements for staff, general visitors, and program participants of all ages, regardless of vaccination status, when community health concerns rise. Cancellation Policy
Notice must be received at least 7 business days before the scheduled program to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds issued after that time. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. All Community Programs will be held unless there is severe weather. Please come prepared for the elements. All Community Programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
