Come kick off July with a fun morning of self-guided activities exploring nature! We will have activity stations set up throughout Blandford, including bird watching, pond dipping or bug netting, a craft, and a scavenger hunt with a sweet prize! Check in will be in the school yard along with the craft and scavenger hunt. Wander at your own pace and try one or all of them! We suggest planning for at least an hour to enjoy all of the experiences. Registration includes general admission to the trails, wildlife center and the available activities. Drop in between 10am and 11:30am to explore one or all of these activities.

Children 2 and under: Free
Registration is required for all participants in order to participate in the provided activities. These activities are stroller-friendly, and are geared toward kids ages 3 and up. The activities will be spread out along our accessible and Blue Heron trails, and the total distance to reach all stations is less than a mile.
Please Note: This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the event of inclement weather this program will be canceled, and participants will be notified of their refund options.
COVID-19 Information: As of January 1, 2023, face coverings are not required while participating in programs indoors or outdoors at Blandford. Blandford continues to monitor local COVID rates and reserves the right to reinstate masking requirements for staff, general visitors, and program participants of all ages, regardless of vaccination status, if community health concerns arise. Blandford will notify program participants if this policy changes before a scheduled program takes place. Participants should not attend a program if they show any signs of infectious illness, including cough, fever, headache, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea.
