Come one, come all for a fun, Halloween-themed time in our Historical Village! Check out all of our historical buildings and play a pumpkin scavenger hunt to earn a prize. There will also be Halloween-themed crafts, face painting and treat decorating! There will be three story times with the owls with limited capacity for the comfort of the animals, included in the cost of each ticket. Costumes are highly encouraged! 

Story Times with the Owls (Included in the cost of your ticket. Limited capacity, and spots are not guaranteed. We are offering three start times to accommodate as many participants as possible while maintaining the comfort of our animal ambassadors. You will be able to sign up for seats in the story times at check-in for the event):

This program will take place rain or shine, and you are welcome to participate any time during the day between 10am and 2pm. Prizes from the scavenger hunt must be claimed by 2pm. 

Price: 

Adult: ages 18 and up

Child: ages 3-17 years

2 and Under: Free (registration still required)

 

Child Member: $7

Adult Member: $5

Child Non-Member: $10

Adult Non-member: $7

Children 2 and under: Free

 

This program is recommended for families with children aged 5-12. All children must be accompanied by a registered adult.

 

Please Note: This program will take place outdoors rain, or shine, so please come prepared for the elements. Refunds will not be given unless weather is severe.

 

COVID-19 Information: As of January 1, 2023, face coverings are not required while participating in programs indoors or outdoors at Blandford. Blandford continues to monitor local COVID rates and reserves the right to reinstate masking requirements for staff, general visitors, and program participants of all ages, regardless of vaccination status, if community health concerns arise. Blandford will notify program participants if this policy changes before a scheduled program takes place. Participants should not attend a program if they show any signs of infectious illness, including cough, fever, headache, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea.

Cancellation Policy
Notice must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled program to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds issued after that time. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. All Community Programs will be held unless there is severe weather. Please come prepared for the elements. All Community Programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
