Pre-registration is required to attend this program. Online registration closes at 12pm the day before the program, unless it is sold out first. If this program is sold out, please complete online registration to be added to the waitlist. You will not be charged to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if spots become available.

Take a romantic evening snowshoe hike on a lantern-lit trail with your loved one. Listen to the crunch of snow, maybe the hoot of owls, and the sweet whispers of the wind in your ear while you experience the magic of winter in Michigan. This self-guided hike is for all experience levels. After your hike, warm yourself by the firepit while you enjoy beer, hard cider, or hot cocoa and chocolates. One drink is included in the cost of the registration fee.

This program takes place regardless of snow. In the event of insufficient snow, you'll take a Hike with your Honey!

This is an open-house style program, and you may arrive any time between 6-7pm. Plan on spending at least an hour to enjoy a beverage by the fire and walk the lantern-lit trail. If there is sufficient snow to use snowshoes, they will be available to rent the evening of the program for $5 per pair. You are welcome to bring your own snowshoes, if you have them!

This program is for adults only, ages 21 and older.

Please Note: This program will take place outdoors, please dress for the weather. Bathrooms will be available indoors. In the case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled, and participants will be notified of their refund options.

Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled program to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds issued after that time. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. All Community Programs will be held unless there is severe weather. Please come prepared for the elements as refunds are not available for weather-related conditions except in the case of severe weather. All Community Programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.

COVID-19 Information: As of January 1, 2023, face coverings are not required while participating in programs indoors or outdoors at Blandford. Blandford will continue to monitor local COVID rates and reserves the right to reinstate masking requirements for staff, general visitors, and program participants of all ages, regardless of vaccination status, if community health concerns arise. Blandford will notify program participants if this policy changes before a scheduled program takes place. Participants should not attend a program if they show any signs of infectious illness, including cough, fever, headache, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea.
