Join guide Kas Valtierra of Grandville Avenue Arts & Humanities for a new interactive summer series along Blandford Nature Center’s paved accessible trail. During the walk, Kas will identify plants, wildlife and ecosystems in both Spanish and English that you can view with provided binoculars. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice mindfulness and tap into your senses, taking moments of silence to listen to wonderful sounds of nature.
 

Each participant will leave with an informational bilingual zine featuring plants and wildlife that can be found at Blandford and a free day pass to return, explore and identify on your own!


FREE! Registration Required. Children ages 3 and under do not need to register. 
 

Please Note: While there are three dates for this program, each nature walk will cover the same ground, so you only need to register for one date.

Cancellation Policy
Notice must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled program to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds issued after that time. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. All Community Programs will be held unless there is severe weather. Please come prepared for the elements; refunds are not available for weather-related conditions except in the case of severe weather. All Community Programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
